    Getting back into carpet racing after taking an 18 year break...

    My new 12R5.2 setup for blinky stock (for now). The 2-3s R10 is only temporary, I'm going to switch to a 1s R10 or the Hobbywing very soon so I can ditch the receiver pack. So far I'm very happy with the car.

    Hobby wing are the fastest right now.
    They are BIG.

    Running the 120 Rpro. I like it like the controler box.
    No need for esc battery.

    Have speedo and receiver mounted like yours.

    Very well balanced.

    Have you broken any aluminum screws? I use them sperrenly.

    I only used them on the pod top plate/brace and the shock mount. The rest are the steel kit screws.

    That's about the same as I do..

    Learned once by braking one in a side link, on the warm up lap for a the main at a two day race.

    Used a few counter sunk washers on the shock brace. Also on the pod.
    Stiffens up the carbon.
