    Hi,

    I have a clicking noise.
I don't know where it comes from.. I already opened the diff rebuild.it like I normally do. Cant find anything.

I already cleaned the spur, I have a white one and there was some black/brown layer on it, scraped it all off..
    Still that clicking noise

    It's driving me insane!! :s

    Any advice?

remove the pinion and push the buggy on the ground, like a push car toy. Might be the motor

Just done assembling them back together,
Seems that the small parts, pin and little cylinder are ok but the long piece where the cylinder fits in, there is some wear where the pin rubs against.
Measured the cylinder and it's the same dimension like a now one.
So looks like I'm going to but a full set of CVAs or at least the long piece..

Had a T4 that started clicking during a race, the outdrives had a groove worn in them from the CVD's!!!!!

It's not the outdrive it's the long shaft, if I imitate acceleration, I can hear the clicking noise, so it's definitely the CVAs.
I hope I can still run a race with them :)

It's the cva bone, the bone falls down in the outdrive and that causes the click noise..
