Body wraps

    What are your thoughts on body wraps?

    I used a wrap on my rc8 few years ago. It was OK but not as great as some people say.

    Are they now thinner?

    Never tried one. Looked around some online is about it.

    How heavy is a wrap and is/t paint lighter. I really want the body light as I can get it!

    I will go with paint I want to run the lightest body I can.
    I airbrush paint on so thin not to add top wieght to the car!

    with all the power a 1/8 scale buggy or truggy puts down a ounce or two difference in weight is not gonna be that noticablewheither its a wrap or custom painted body , i use a basic 1 color paint job in a bright color ,im old and cant see as well as i use to .

    i personaly like a peg leg productions they are a great painting company with a quick turn around

    i used to airbrush mine but know i use wraps all u gotta do is paint it a solid an then stick a wrap on... love it.
